Warranty or Repair Authorization

STEP 1 - Fill in the Repair Authorization Form (RAF)
STEP 2 - Send it to us via email (rma@centrixsecurity.com) or fax (+603-7982 9849)
STEP 3 - Upon receiving your RAF, our support personnel will evaluate and may contact you for clarifications before providing a Repair Authorization (RA) code for your reference
STEP 4 - After obtaining the RA code, send the product to us with a copy of the RAF.
* Kindly use the Repair Authorization (RA) code to check on the status of your product

If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product which does not fall under the warranty conditions, kindly include a written explanation with the product upon returning the product.
